Substance Abuse Awareness Public Service Announcement

The HBCU-CFE is launching a Substance Abuse Awareness Public Service Announcement (PSA) Contest as part of the HBCU Substance Abuse Awareness Day webcast campaign.

The purpose of the PSA contest is to utilize the creative talents of HBCU students in raising awareness and education about substance use and its associated negative consequences and call attention to the positive outcomes of treatment and recovery programs.

The winning PSA will receive an award plaque. Honorable mentions will receive certificates. The winning PSA and Honorable mentions will be recognized at the Substance Abuse Awareness Day webcast on September 21, 2010.
